Rate this post

The NCF950 laser confocal microscope is a high-end product in the optical microscopy instrument series. NCF950 is an important basic tool designed for laboratory scientific research, providing powerful and stable imaging capabilities and highly integrated motorization capabilities.

In terms of signal detection, the efficient scanning head, detector and infinitely variable electric aperture, coupled with the powerful optical system, provide fast, stable, high signal-to-noise ratio confocal images.

In terms of multi-channel signal detection, 4-channel light sources and detectors (405, 488, 561, 640) are integrated, and combined with 4-channel fluorescence fusion technology, to achieve real-time multi-channel fusion observation and capture.

In terms of motorized hardware, NCF950 laser confocal microscope provides a variety of motorized moving parts, including a motorized platform, motorized focusing, motorized objective lens turntable, motorized fluorescence turntable, motorized condenser, and motorized dimming. The operation mode is compatible with both button operation and software operation and provides Call commands to facilitate user control and development.

The NCF950 confocal system is an essential laboratory tool with its excellent optical imaging system and simple operation, coupled with highly integrated motorized components.

High signal-to-noise ratio, high-resolution images

Based on high-sensitivity photomultiplier light (PMT) and a stable laser light source, image quality with a high signal-to-noise ratio is achieved. At the same time, the system uses a high-speed scanning galvanometer to achieve a real-time scanning resolution of up to 4096×4096, and the use of a large numerical aperture objective lens (100x, N.A = 1.45) ensures high-quality imaging resolution.

High-efficiency scan heads and detectors

The design of the standardized scan head ensures the stability and scalability of the system. The scanning head integrates a high-precision scanning galvanometer system and a continuously variable hexagonal electric aperture to ensure low-noise, high-contrast, and high-quality confocal images at various objective lens magnifications. The newly developed scanning galvanometer control technology allows the system’s scanning resolution to reach ultra-high-definition images up to 4096×4096.
