An inverted biological microscope is a branch of biological microscopes used to observe and study biological slices, cells, and bacteria, and the observation and research of live tissue cultures, liquid residues, and other transparent or semi-transparent objects, powders, small particles, etc.

Differences from a regular biological microscope:

Compared to a regular biological microscope, it is suitable for observing and recording live substances attached to the bottom of culture dishes or suspended in the culture medium. It also plays a significant role in fields such as food inspection, water quality identification, crystal structure analysis, and analysis of chemical reaction precipitates.

The NIB600 Inverted Biological Microscope is an improvement based on a research-grade microscope, more suitable for observing live cells in a laboratory setting. It is designed for use on aseptic operation tables, with uniform and bright brightfield illumination. It provides strong phase contrast observation and can be upgraded to an inverted fluorescence microscope. It adopts the latest filter coating technology, ensuring a dark fluorescence background, bright imaging, and a high signal-to-noise ratio.
